Our clients contacted ABM to Design-Build and manage their project; they were both very busy professionals who were simply time; poor they did not want the hassle of instructing an architect and then organise the builders along with the other trades, building an extension to your home can be time-consuming.

Planning & Concept
Our clients live in previously converted farm buildings that were separated into smaller dwellings on the outskirts of Reigate, Surrey. Reigate council planning dept removed the permitted development rights as part of the original planning consent, which meant that any extension/alterations required full planning permission.
A complete household planning application was submitted, along with isometric visuals demonstrating the extension’s impact on their home and adjacent dwellings. With a few minor alterations, we achieved planning permission the first time.
