Architectural Design and Build wrap-around house extension to a victorian home in Reigate, Surrey.
Our clients contacted ABM to design and build a rear elevation extension to form a larger kitchen/ utility and that all-important ground floor cloakroom to a home in Reigate, Surrey.
The clients had contacted some local architects who offered a design package separate from the build; however, the clients were busy people and time-poor; they just wanted one company to Design, Build and Manage their project from start to finish.
The concept was to match the existing property concerning the materials used but to achieve that open plan kitchen that seems to be very favourable.
A natural slate-hipped roof, along with combination roof windows, helped maximise the free flow of light, along with stock bricks enabled the kitchen extension to blend in perfectly with the existing.
Underfloor heating was laid throughout, along with engineered flooring.
