Two-storey extension, creating a ground-floor utility room / WC and a first-floor bedroom extension including a spacious walk-in wardrobe/en-suite plus an extensive refurbishment.
Our clients have lived in their lovely, Cottage in Bolney that sits on the outskirts of Horsham for over 15 years. It was time now to extend the original wing, dated back to 1805,s they wished for an extension to provide them with that must have additional space that was also sympathetic to the original dwelling.

Planning & Building Regulations
A complete planning application was required because of the age of the existing dwelling; we had to demonstrate that our proposal would not distract from the original wing and include materials that would blend in with the existing, both of which were a must-have for our clients.

To the ground floor, you would enter through an Oak Barn door leading directly into a lobby area; a large utility/WC was included.
On the first floor, you would find a spacious double bedroom leading into a walk-in wardrobe/en-suite facility; a wet room theme enabled the room to be free from clutter.
An extensive refurbishment then followed to the ground and first floors.
Overall the space created was light and bright and was a perfect addition/home extension.
